Hotline: Louisiana Language Access Coalition (LLAC)

Services: A hotline to collect community data on language access gaps in education, healthcare, legal and government settings. The hotline will accompany impacted people to make a complaint, share Know Your Rights information and make multilingual referrals when possible. Community members can call, text or send a whatsapp message to the LLAC hotline at 504-315-5751. A volunteer will respond within 3 business days to complete an intake, listen to stories and concerns, and offer information and support. Community members can also
